I can't sign-in
Can't access your Anghello account? This guide helps you identify and fix the problem.
Audience: All users
Application: Admin (app.anghello.co)
Estimated time: 5 minutes
Check these points first
1. Check the site address
Make sure you're going to the right URL: app.anghello.co
2. Check your email address
Use the email address you were invited with. Personal addresses (Gmail, Hotmail…) won't be accepted if your invitation was created with a work address.
Problems and solutions
Forgotten password
1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?
2. Enter your work email address.
3. Check your inbox. Click the reset link in the email you receive.
4. Choose a new password and sign in.
💡 Tip: The email may land in your spam folder. Check it if you can't find it in your inbox.
Google or Microsoft sign-in fails
If you sign in via Google or Microsoft:
1. Check that your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account is active.
2. Check that the authentication method (Google or Microsoft) is allowed in your Anghello invitation.
3. Try signing out of Google/Microsoft, then signing back in.
4. If your organization has switched identity providers (for example from Google to Microsoft), contact your Anghello administrator to update your authentication method.
Suspended account
If you see a message saying your account is suspended:
- Your administrator has temporarily suspended your access
- Contact your Anghello administrator to request reactivation
Expired invitation
If you didn't accept your invitation in time:
1. Contact your Anghello administrator.
2. Ask them to resend the invitation from Settings > User Members.
3. Click the new link you receive by email.
Expired sign-up link (new account)
If you requested access and the link has expired:
1. Go back to app.anghello.co.
2. Submit a new access request. Links are valid for 2 days.
Good to know
💡 Tip: If you have several authentication methods allowed (password + Google, for example), you can use either one to sign in.
💡 Tip: Your browser must accept cookies for sign-in to work. Check that cookies aren't blocked.
