Configure the QR code and download the poster

The QR code allows your visitors to register autonomously with their smartphone. This guide shows you how to download your QR code, generate a print-ready poster and configure security options.

Before you begin

You must have at least one site created in Anghello
The QR code is enabled by default on all sites

Download the poster (recommended)

The poster is a print-ready PDF document that contains your QR code, the name of your site and your organization's logo.

1. Go to your sites list

In the left menu, go to Settings > Sites.

2. Click on QR-Code & Tablet

On your site card, click QR-Code & Tablet.

3. Click on Generate the poster

In the window that opens, click Generate the poster in the "QR-Code Poster" section.

4. Choose your template and language

Two poster templates are available — click the one that suits you:

Testing your first visit

Everything is in place? Organization configured, site created, QR code printed, employees added — all that's left is to verify that everything works! This guide walks you through step by step to simulate a complete visit, from scanning the QR code to the visitor's departure.

Before you begin

Your organization and at least one site must be configured
At least one host employee must be added
Have your smartphone ready to scan the QR code (or use the option from the admin interface)

Option 1: Test from your smartphone (recommended)

This is the most realistic method — you experience exactly what your visitors will see.

1. Scan your QR code

Using your smartphone camera, scan the QR code for your site (on the printed poster or from the downloaded image). A link opens in your browser.

2. Choose "Entry"

The welcome kiosk is displayed. You can see your organization's logo and two buttons:

Entry — To register an arrival
Exit — To register a departure

Click Entry.

💡 Tip: If you have configured multiple languages, a language selector appears at the top right. Visitors will be able to choose their preferred language.

Create and configure your organization

Accepted Answer

Your organization is your space in Anghello. This guide shows you how to fill in your organization's information: name, logo, contact email and address. This information is displayed on the welcome kiosk for your visitors.

Before you begin

You must have an Administrator account on Anghello
If you do not yet have an account, see the "Create your account" section below

Create your account

Access to Anghello is granted on request. Here is how to get your account:

1. Request access

Go to app.anghello.co and click Create an account. Fill in the form:

Professional email — Your work email address (personal addresses such as Gmail, Hotmail are not accepted)
Company — The name of your organization
Country — The country of your organization
Phone (optional) — So our team can reach you quickly

Check the box to accept the terms of use, then click Submit.

2. Wait for validation

Our team reviews your request and sends you an email containing a secure link to complete your registration. This link is valid for 2 days.

3. Complete your registration

Click the link received by email. You have three options to create your account:

Sign up with Microsoft — If your organization uses Micros

Add your first site

A site represents a physical location where you welcome visitors (head office, regional office, factory…). This guide shows you how to create your first site and make it operational.

From the getting started guide

If this is your first login, the getting started guide on the right of your screen offers the step "Configure your site". Click Start — you will be redirected directly to your site's form.

Add your host employees

Your host employees are the people your visitors come to meet. By adding them in Anghello, you allow visitors to select them on the welcome kiosk and you enable arrival notifications. This guide shows you how to add, edit and manage your host employees.

Add an employee manually

1. Go to the host employees list

In the left menu, click Host employees.

2. Click Add an employee

Click the Add an employee button at the top right of the page.

3. Fill in the employee's information

Fill in the following fields:

Before you begin

You must have an Administrator or Manager account on Anghello
You must have at least one site created (see "Add your first site")

Access the site settings

1. Go to Settings > Sites

In the left menu, open the Settings section then click Sites.

2. Click on Features

On the card of the site you want to configure, click Features.

3. Discover the overview

The page opens on a visual dashboard that presents all configurable features as clickable cards. Each card represents one aspect of your visitors' welcome journey.
