Configure visitors' editing permissions
By default, only administrators can edit visitor records. You can extend this right to the managers and receptionists of your sites. This guide shows you how to configure these rights.

Before you start
- You need an Administrator account on Anghello
- Only administrators can change these settings
Configure the rights
1. Open your site settings
In the left-hand menu, go to Settings > Sites. On your site card, click Settings & Features.
2. Open the Rights Management tab
Click the Rights Management card in the overview.
3. Choose the authorized roles
Option | Description |

| If enabled, the site's managers can edit custom fields and visitor data |
| If enabled, the site's receptionists can also edit visitor data |

4. Save
Click Save.
What data can be edited?
Authorized users can edit:
- The visitor's check-in custom fields
- The internal fields (visible only in the Admin interface)
- The basic visit information
Good to know
💡 Tip: Even without edit rights, managers and receptionists can still view visitor records.
