Viewing the visitor list

The visitor list is the complete record of all your organization's visits. This guide shows you how to browse, search, and filter your visitors.

Opening the list


In the left-hand menu, click Visitors.


Browsing the list


Columns shown:


Column

Description

Name

The visitor's first and last name

Type

The visitor type (supplier, candidate, etc.) if enabled

Host / Site

The name of the host employee or the site

Arrival

Check-in date and time

Departure

Check-out date and time (empty if the visitor is still on site)


Pagination:


At the bottom of the list, choose how many rows to show per page: 10, 20, or 50. Use the arrows to move between pages.


Searching for a visitor


Type in the search bar at the top of the page. You can search by:


  • Last name or first name
  • Company


The search is real-time: results appear as you type.


Filtering by site


If you manage several sites, use the site selector at the top of the side menu:


  • Select a specific site to see only its visitors
  • Select "All sites" for a global view


Opening a visitor's details


Click any row to open the detail panel on the right. It holds all the visit's information (see "Understanding the detailed visitor record").


Good to know


💡 Tip: Visitors whose data has been anonymized appear with a masked name. Only aggregated data (date, site) is kept.


💡 Tip: The list shows the full history. The most recent visitors are shown first.
