Good to know
💡 Tip: Anonymized visitors appear in the export with their personal data masked. Only aggregated data is present.
💡 Tip: For a quick analysis, open the CSV file in Excel or Google Sheets. The file is UTF-8 encoded to ensure accents display correctly.
💡 Tip: Managers only see the sites they're responsible for in the export's site selector.
Troubleshooting
Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
The file is empty | Check that the selected date range contains visits and that the right site is selected. |
Special characters display incorrectly | Open the file with UTF-8 encoding in your spreadsheet app. |
