Good to know

💡 Tip: The same user can have different roles depending on the site — for example, Manager on one site and Receptionist on another.

Important: Only administrators can assign the Administrator role. Managers can only assign roles on their own sites.

Troubleshooting

Problem

Solution

I can't change a user's role

Only Administrators can change roles.

A manager doesn't see all the sites

Managers only have access to the sites assigned to them. Add them as a manager on the missing sites.

A user has the SSO pending status

This user has been invited but hasn't accepted their invitation yet.
