Adding and managing sites

A site represents a physical location where you welcome visitors. This guide shows you how to create, edit, and delete your sites.

Before you start

You need an Administrator account on Anghello
Your organization must be set up

Creating a new site

1. Open the site list

In the left-hand menu, open the Configuration section, then click Sites.

2. Click Add a site

Click the Add a site button at the top of the page.

Important: If this button doesn't appear, check that you're an Administrator. If a message says the limit has been reached, your subscription doesn't allow creating more sites.

3. Fill in the details

Field	Required	Description
`Name`	Yes	Name displayed on the check-in kiosk (2–120 characters)
`Email`	No	Contact email for this site
`Address`	Yes	Physical address of the site (autocomplete)

4. Save

Click Save. A confirmation message appears and you're taken back to your site list.

Editing a site

1. In Configuration > Sites, find the site you want to edit.

2. Click Information on that site's card.

3. Change the details you need (name, email, address), then click Save.

Deleting a site

A site can't be deleted without help from our support team. If you want to permanently delete a site, contact support.

Important: Deleting a site is irreversible. All data linked to that site (visitors, host employees, settings) will be permanently deleted.

Switching between sites

When you have several sites, a site selector appears at the top of the side menu. It lets you:

Filter visitors and data by site
View all sites in a single view

Good to know

💡 Tip: Each site has its own independent configuration: instructions, custom fields, notifications, QR code, and so on.

💡 Tip: The number of sites you can create depends on your subscription. Check Configuration > Organization > Subscription to see your limits.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
The Add a site button doesn't appear	Only Administrators can create sites.
A message says the limit has been reached	Check your subscription to see your limits or request a plan change.
The Save button stays grayed out	Check that the site name is filled in (at least 2 characters).
