Discovering the add-ons

Add-ons bring advanced features to your Anghello subscription. This guide introduces the available add-ons and how to check which ones are active.

Available add-ons

Add-on	What it brings
Pre-registration	Schedule visits ahead of time, send email invitations, and let visitors check in faster on arrival.
Instruction acknowledgment (Quiz)	Add a quiz after the entry instructions to confirm that visitors have understood the safety rules.
API & Webhooks	Access Anghello data via the API and receive automatic notifications in your own applications through webhooks.
Advanced fields	Unlock additional custom field types to collect more precise information.

Checking your active add-ons

1. In the left-hand menu, go to Configuration > Organization > Subscription.

2. The Active add-ons section lists every add-on included in your subscription, with its status:

Active — The add-on is available and working
Trial — The add-on is in a trial period, with an end date shown

Spotting a missing add-on

If an add-on isn't included in your subscription, the corresponding feature appears grayed out in the site settings overview. Clicking it brings up a message explaining which add-on is required and offering to contact our team.

Requesting an add-on

To add an add-on to your subscription:

1. From the Subscription page, click Request a plan change.

2. Specify the add-on(s) you want.

3. Our team will get back to you to finalize the addition.

Good to know

💡 Tip: Some add-ons are offered as a free trial when you sign up. Make the most of it to test the features before committing.

💡 Tip: Add-ons are added at the organization level. Once enabled, an add-on is available on all your sites.
