Requesting a plan upgrade
Is your organization growing and you need more sites, users, or add-ons? This guide shows you how to request a plan change.

Requesting a change
1. Open the Subscription page
In the left-hand menu, click your current plan (below your organization's name).
2. Click Upgrade your subscription
Click the Upgrade your subscription button at the top right of the page.
3. Choose how to reach us
A window opens. Choose how you'd like to contact us:
- Scheduled appointment
- Live chat
- Phone
When to request a change
Request a plan change when:
- You reach the site limit and need to create new ones
- You want to enable an add-on (pre-registration, quiz, API…)
- Your trial period is about to expire and you want to continue
- Your organization is growing and your needs are changing
