Understanding your subscription and limits

Your Anghello subscription determines which features are available and your organization's limits. This guide shows you how to view your subscription and understand your limits.

Audience: Administrators, Managers
Application: Admin (app.anghello.co)
Estimated time: 5-minute read

Opening your subscription

1. In the left-hand menu, open the Configuration section, then click Organization.

2. Click the Subscription tab.

What you see

Subscription status

Your subscription can have one of these statuses:

Status

Description

Active

Your subscription is running and all features are available

Trial

You're in a trial period. An end date is shown.

Grace period

Your subscription has expired but you have some extra time. A counter shows the days remaining.

Expired

Your subscription has expired. Contact our team to renew it.

Usage limits

Progress bars show your usage against your plan's limits:

Limit

Description

Sites

The number of sites created against the maximum allowed

Users

The number of users (administrators, managers, receptionists)

Per-site limits

Each site also has its own limits:

Limit

Description

Custom fields

The maximum number of custom fields per site

Languages

The maximum number of check-in languages per site

Visitor types

The maximum number of visitor types per site

Active add-ons

The list of add-ons included in your subscription, with their status (active or in trial).

Billing alerts

If you're an Administrator or Manager, alerts appear when:

  • Trial period ending soon — Your trial is about to expire
  • Subscription expired — Your subscription needs renewing
  • Limit almost reached — You're approaching a usage limit

Requesting a change

If you need more sites, users, or features, click the Upgrade your subscription button to contact our team.

Good to know

💡 Tip: Every role (administrator, manager, receptionist) can view the Subscription page. Only administrators and managers see the billing alerts and can request a plan change.

💡 Tip: Limits are checked in real time. If you reach a limit (for example the maximum number of sites), a message tells you when you try to create a new one.
