Manage entry visibility
You can enable or disable a multi-site entry without deleting it. This guide shows you how to manage the visibility of your entries.

Before you start
- You need an Administrator account on Anghello
Disable a multi-site entry
1. In the left-hand menu, go to Settings > Multi-site entries.
2. On the relevant entry's card, click Entry Configuration.
3. Turn off Enable multi-site entry.
3. Save.
When an entry is disabled:
- Its QR code no longer works — visitors who scan it see an error message
- It stays in the list so it can be re-enabled at any time
- Its settings are kept
Re-enable a multi-site entry
1. In the left-hand menu, go to Settings > Multi-site entries.
2. On the relevant entry's card, click Entry Configuration.
3. Turn on Enable multi-site entry.
3. Save.
The QR code starts working again immediately.
Delete a multi-site entry
To permanently delete an entry:
1. In the list of entries, click the Trash icon to delete the entry.
Good to know
💡 Tip: Disabling an entry is preferable to deleting it if you plan to reuse it later (renovation work, temporary relocation…).
