Create your multi-site entry
A multi-site entry groups several sites behind a single access point (QR code or link). It's the ideal solution when several departments or organizations share the same physical entrance. This guide shows you how to create one.
Audience: Administrators
Application: Admin (app.anghello.co)
Estimated time: 5 minutes
Before you start
- You need an Administrator account on Anghello
- At least two sites must be created in your organization
Create a multi-site entry
1. Go to the multi-site entries page
In the left-hand menu, open the Settings section, then click Multi-site entries.
2. Click Create an entry
Click the Add a multi-site entry button at the top of the page.
3. Name your entry
Enter a clear name (for example "Hall A — Main entrance").
4. Select the sites
Check the sites you want to include in this entry. Visitors will be able to choose from these sites when they arrive.
5. Save
Click Save.
Download the QR code
Each multi-site entry has its own QR code, independent from each site's individual QR codes.
1. In the list of entries, click QR-Code on the relevant entry.
2. Download the QR code poster or image.
💡 Tip: Display this poster at the building's shared entrance. Each site's individual QR codes keep working and can be displayed elsewhere (floors, specific offices).
Good to know
💡 Tip: Visitors can choose their site in two ways: by selecting the site from the list, or by searching for the person they are coming to meet (the system automatically redirects them to the right site).
Troubleshooting
