How to suggest an improvement

Share your idea via the chat at the bottom right of your screen or by email at support@anghello.co.

How to word your suggestion

To make sure your suggestion is well understood, try to include:

1. The problem or need

Describe the situation that gave you the idea. For example:

• "When I have a lot of visitors during the day, I'd like to be able to filter them by arrival time"
• "My employee hosts would like to be able to confirm the visit directly from their phone"

2. The solution you have in mind

Describe what you'd like to see, even roughly:

• "A time-slot filter in the visitor list"
• "A push notification on the host's phone with a Confirm button"

3. The impact for you

Explain how this improvement would help you day to day. It helps us prioritize development.

What happens next

1. Our team reads your suggestion and passes it on to the product team
2. We thank you and acknowledge receipt
3. Your suggestion is evaluated based on its impact and feasibility
4. If selected, it's added to our development roadmap
5. We let you know when the feature is available
