# Suggest an improvement

Have an idea to improve Anghello? We love hearing from our users — every suggestion is read and reviewed by our product team. This guide shows you how to share your ideas.

## How to suggest an improvement

### Via chat or email

Share your idea via the **chat** at the bottom right of your screen or by email at **support@anghello.co**.

## How to word your suggestion

To make sure your suggestion is well understood, try to include:

**1. The problem or need**

Describe the situation that gave you the idea. For example:
* "When I have a lot of visitors during the day, I'd like to be able to filter them by arrival time"
* "My employee hosts would like to be able to confirm the visit directly from their phone"

**2. The solution you have in mind**

Describe what you'd like to see, even roughly:
* "A time-slot filter in the visitor list"
* "A push notification on the host's phone with a Confirm button"

**3. The impact for you**

Explain how this improvement would help you day to day. It helps us prioritize development.

## What happens next

1. Our team **reads your suggestion** and passes it on to the product team
2. We **thank you** and acknowledge receipt
3. Your suggestion is **evaluated** based on its impact and feasibility
4. If selected, it's added to our development **roadmap**
5. We **let you know** when the feature is available
