# Requesting a plan upgrade


Is your organization growing and you need more sites, users, or add-ons? This guide shows you how to request a plan change.

**Audience:** Administrators, Managers
**Application:** Admin (app.anghello.co)
**Estimated time:** 2 minutes

## Requesting a change

**1. Open the Subscription page**

In the left-hand menu, click your current plan (below your organization's name).

**2. Click Upgrade your subscription**

Click the **Upgrade your subscription** button at the top right of the page.

**3. Choose how to reach us**

A window opens. Choose how you'd like to contact us:

- Email
- Scheduled appointment
- Live chat
- Phone

## When to request a change

Request a plan change when:

- You reach the **site limit** and need to create new ones
- You want to enable an **add-on** (pre-registration, quiz, API…)
- Your **trial period** is about to expire and you want to continue
- Your organization is growing and your **needs are changing**
