# Manage entry visibility

You can enable or disable a multi-site entry without deleting it. This guide shows you how to manage the visibility of your entries.

**Audience:** Administrators
**Application:** Admin (app.anghello.co)
**Estimated time:** 2 minutes

## Before you start

* You need an **Administrator account** on Anghello

## Disable a multi-site entry

**1.** In the left-hand menu, go to `Settings` > `Multi-site entries`.

**2.** On the relevant entry's card, click `Entry Configuration`.

**3.** Turn off `Enable multi-site entry`.

**3.** Save.

When an entry is disabled:
* Its QR code **no longer works** — visitors who scan it see an error message
* It stays in the list so it can be **re-enabled** at any time
* Its settings are kept

## Re-enable a multi-site entry

**1.** In the left-hand menu, go to `Settings` > `Multi-site entries`.

**2.** On the relevant entry's card, click `Entry Configuration`.

**3.** Turn on `Enable multi-site entry`.

**3.** Save.

The QR code starts working again immediately.

## Delete a multi-site entry

To permanently delete an entry:

**1.** In the list of entries, click the Trash icon to delete the entry.

|| **Important:** Deletion is irreversible. This entry's QR code will no longer work.

## Good to know

> 💡 **Tip:** Disabling an entry is preferable to deleting it if you plan to reuse it later (renovation work, temporary relocation…).
