# Issues Related to Multi-Site Entries

This guide brings together common problems with multi-site entries and their solutions.

**Audience:** Administrators
**Application:** Admin (app.anghello.co)
**Estimated time:** 5 minutes (reading)

## Problems and solutions

### The visitor doesn't see all the sites

**Possible causes:**
* A site was removed from the multi-site entry
* A site was deleted

**Solution:** Check the entry's configuration in Settings > Multi-site entries and make sure all the sites you want are checked.

### The visitor is redirected to the wrong site

**Possible causes:**
* The employee host they searched for is attached to another site

**Solution:** Check the employee's site attachments in the employee hosts list. Make sure they are attached to the expected site.

### The entry's QR code doesn't work

**Possible causes:**
* The multi-site entry is disabled
* The QR code was regenerated

**Solution:**
1. Check that the entry is enabled in Settings > Multi-site entries
2. If the QR code was regenerated, print a new poster

### A visitor is automatically redirected to check-out

**Explanation:** If the visitor has an ongoing visit on one of the sites in the group, the system redirects them to the check-out flow. This is normal behavior.

**Solution:** If the visitor wants to start a new visit, they must first end their ongoing visit (check out), then scan the QR code again.

### "Person" mode can't find the employee

**Possible causes:**
* The employee isn't attached to any site in the multi-site entry
* The employee is disabled
* The visitor didn't type enough characters (a minimum is required for the search)

**Solution:**
1. Check that the employee is attached to a site included in the entry
2. Check that the employee isn't disabled
3. Ask the visitor to type at least 2-3 characters of the name

### The manager can't configure the entry

**Explanation:** Only administrators can create and edit multi-site entries. Managers can view them but not edit them.

**Solution:** Ask an administrator to make the changes.

## Good to know

> 💡 **Tip:** Multi-site entries are independent from each site's individual QR codes. If a problem affects the multi-site entry, the sites' individual QR codes keep working.
