# Configure multi-site entry access

This guide explains how to manage who can access and configure your multi-site entries.

**Audience:** Administrators
**Application:** Admin (app.anghello.co)
**Estimated time:** 3 minutes

## Before you start

* You need an **Administrator account** on Anghello

## Who can access multi-site entries?

| Role | Can view | Can configure |
| ---- |
| `Administrator` | All entries | Yes (create, edit, delete) |
| `Manager` | Entries containing their sites | No (read-only) |
| `Receptionist` | No | No |

## Add or remove sites

Only administrators can change which sites make up a multi-site entry:

**1.** In `Settings` > `Multi-site entries`, click `Entry Configuration` on the entry you want to modify.

**2.** Add or remove sites in the selection list.

**3.** Save.

|| **Important:** When you remove a site from an entry, visitors will no longer be able to select it from that entry. The site's individual QR code keeps working.

## Good to know

> 💡 **Tip:** A manager can view multi-site entries that contain at least one of their sites, but they can't edit them. This is a safety measure to prevent a manager from accidentally modifying an entry shared with other departments.
